Founded in 2018, PISE (Project Incubator for Young Social Entrepreneurs) is a Youth Initiative that bridges the opportunity gap in Vietnam by enhancing leadership capacity among disadvantaged youths who are passionate about making a difference in their home regions and Vietnam.

PISE 2024

Theme: Expand Your Wings

This year, PISE celebrates its most diverse year yet with an expanded Operation Team and mentees from all regions of Vietnam, as well as a larger cohort of members living across the globe.

PISE 2023

Theme: Grace Your Bright Mind

Amidst the looming economic slowdown, PISE shines brighter than ever, welcoming 60 mentees and spearheading out impactful bootcamps in Cao Lanh and Nha Trang.

PISE 2022

Theme: Embrace your imperfections

PISE returned stronger with offline bootcamps in Can Tho and Nha Trang, empowering mentees to drive healing and recovery post-pandemic through impactful projects.

PISE 2021

Theme: Empower your Impacts

Despite continued Covid lockdowns and travel restrictions, PISE pivoted to a fully virtual model, welcoming a record-breaking 48 mentees and 12 mentors to bridge Vietnam's opportunity gap.

PISE 2020

Theme: Unleash your Potential

Forced virtual by Covid, PISE thrived, welcoming 48 exceptional mentees who launched 12 impactful community projects across Vietnam.

PISE 2019

Theme: Impact beyond Yourself

PISE's unprecedented expansion united 51 Vietnamese mentees with 12 international mentors, sparking 12 impactful youth projects that transformed communities in Vung Tau, Cao Lanh, and Can Tho.

PISE 2018

Theme: Hack your Habits

PISE's inaugural Cao Lanh program ignited change, empowering 15 local mentees with support from 5 experienced international mentors to launch 5 transformative student-led projects.
